What are baby names that go with Dakota Rain?

We are having another baby. Our daughters names is Dakota Rain. We want a name that sounds good with hers. We were trying to keep the middle name something to due with water. The boy name we like is Gavin Lake. For a girl name we Regan but can't seem to find a good middle name. Any suggest for first and middle name for boys and girls would be great.

What are baby names that go with Dakota Rain?
Well first, coming up with a list of names to do with water (or even color reference):

River

Lake

Blue

Azure

Indigo

Willow (these trees must grow near water)

Lily (water lily)

Cyan

Sapphire

Finn

Fisher

Harbor

Wade

Ocean

Brooke

Oasis

Marina

Bay

And then going from there, it should make it easier, that is if you're set on it being something to do with water. It could be less rigid and be just more to do with nature, let's say.

Good luck :)

Reply:...those poor, poor children...

Here are some "watery" names for you but the whole concept seems so forced. Keeping a pattern for the sake of the pattern makes the child unimportant but, hey, they're your kids. Maybe after living with silly patterns, they'll make more meaningful choices for their own children.

CHALCHIUHTICUE Gender: Feminine

Usage: New World Mythology

Means "jade skirt" in Nahuatl. She was the Aztec goddess of water and rivers, the wife of Tlaloc.

MAYIM Gender: Feminine

Means "water" in Hebrew.

This is the name of a Jewish folk dance.

NERIDA Gender: Feminine

Usage: Indigenous Australian

Possibly means "water lily" in an Australian Aboriginal language.

TALLULAH Gender: Feminine

Usage: English (Rare)

Means "leaping waters" in the Choctaw language.

(With this one you can keep the liquid theme AND copy celebrities. Whoo-hoo!)

UNDINE Gender: Feminine

Usage: Literature

Derived from Latin unda meaning "wave".

Good luck. Your kids will need it.
